Converting Full Name into First and Last

Is there a way to use the "Full name" field in a form that automattically convert what they provide into First and Last Names?

The java script works well for cookied leads.  However, I am having challenges getting this to work for net new names and name like McDonough and O'Malley.  Also, can this be used on forms that are embedded onto landing pages outside of Marketo as well?

Hi David, unfortunately, last time I checked it isn't possible for Marketo to break this information down and you need to have the two form fields.
