Cloning to new template

Is there a way of cloning an old program to a new version of the same template?

There are no program templates in Marketo - at least not like there are for emails and landing pages.  You can, however, create a template per se of a program that contains all of the necessary assets and smart campaigns.  But it's not a formal template.
