Hi, 
Does marketo integrate with or have a tool like Click To Schedule?
Has anyone else used this tool in an introductory email program or demo campaign?
Any suggestions would be helpful.

As a starting point, I would create something like click to schedule without the calendar feature, and have someone available to call back leads when they submit the form.  If the volume of responses is high enough you could easily justify the automated scheduler later
