Are you a new customer or a new employee (and your company already implemented Marketo)?
If you're a new customer, depending on your contract you might have included Foundation Training which can be done in person or online and will give you the basics. If you haven't purchased it with your contract, it can be a bit expensive but for someone who has never used Marketo and is implementing, it's incredibly helpful. If your in house team is large enough, you might prefer to bring a consultant onsite to train you all, rather than joining an online class.
Whether a new customer or a new employee at a company that already has Marketo, the online learning classes help (see learning paths) and the course calendar allows you to join live online classes where you can follow along, ask questions and practice Marketo skills.
