Can you view the actual campaign email in SFDC?

Is it viewable at single lead level?

Is it just the template that's visible or the actual email sent to lead?

Do you need to have the plug-in Marketo Sales Insight fully operations to be able to see the email in SFDC?

Will the frontline SFDC staff (without Marketo access/login) be able to view the full email sent to lead?

Re: Can you view the actual campaign email in SFDC?

Hi Vibha,

In Marketo, when you preview an email, you can choose a list of leads and render the email with all the tokens replaced so that the exact email sent to a specific lead is rendered.

In Sales Insight, if you look to the email tab of a given lead and click the email, you will the the email with the text, not just the templates, but the tokens will not be rendered.

And yes, you will need the Sales Insight plug-in to view the email in SFDC. But you do not need to access Marketo. Just SFDC with the Sales Insight plugin.
