Can we delay an email for a certain no. of days if that contact/lead had just received another email from us in an Engagement Program ?

Hello,

So, is there an option in the Engagement Program to delay an email from being sent to a person if that person has been just hit with an email ?

Hi Swati,

You can utilize the "Change Engagment Program Cadence" flow step. This flow step will allow you to Pause anyone to prevent them from receiving any unwanted communications. This can be done in the flow steps portion of a Campaign or by right clicking a Lead, scrolling to Programs, and selecting the option there.
