Can Marketo create a Task in SFDC

Is there a way to design a workflow that creates a task for a sales rep in SFDC?

Caleb is right! In the flow step you can do this.

You sure can! In the flow step of a smart campaign you can drag in the "Create Task" field and then fill out the info you want.
