Can I Stop Forms 2.0 Embed Code from Adding Null Spaces?

My forms are showing up with a weird &nbsp; just inside the <form> tag. I don't see any way to stop this from happening, and working around it with CSS or AJAX is something I'd like to avoid if I can.

Hmm thats strange, I dont get this "none braking space" within the form 😕
