Can I run a report to include leads details and the activity type as part of campaign results?

In the results tab for a campaign where i see ID, Date, Activity Type, Detail, Lead Name, Email and Company; i'd like to also see title and other lead details, how can I do that? Can I build a smart list to include 'Activity Type'?

If I am followjng your idea correctly you can build a smart list and then create or edit the default view to display the relevant fields.
