We just received our update to the UI and Calendar today. Ahead of the reduction to 5 free calendar users per customer in August, I was looking to set up the calendar permissions sooner rather than later. It doesn't look like they are currently available though. Does anyone already have the ability to see the role permission for calendar today or know when they will be available?
The ability to assign licenses will happen one week before we turn off the "free access". So when we have the August release, you will need to assign the 5 free licenses to your users. We will be reminding everyone of this via email.
Thank you for your response, Cheryl. When this is released, will all users be defaulted to not have calendar enabled, or will admin(s) who log in be prompted to update the permissions?
