Calendar Invite: Is there any way to see who added the ics. file to their calendar?

Is there any way to see who added the ics. file to their calendar? I have a campaign and smart list set up to see who clicked the linked, but is there any way to tell that they actually saved it and added it?

The only way we can track is if they clicked the link in the email.  What are you ultimately trying to measure?
