Hi all, recently implemented Bizible and running into something that is majorly impacting reporting, wondering if anyone has found a solution.
If an opportunity is created without a marketing interaction (by sales, a connected system, SalesOps for retention customers, etc.), then the opp does not have any OC touchpoints. Then, when a person on that opp engages after the fact, Bizible is backfilling that touchpoint data as the OC. This is causing a major inflation on marketing-influenced opportunities that were actually already created.
Support said we would need to turn off BATs as the solution, but we are not willing to do that. We are toying with some SFDC flows to populate dummy values, but that feels like a bandaid and we would prefer not to.
Anyone else find a solution to this?
