Best webinar provider that integrates with Marketo?

We are considering changing webinar platforms and are curious to know which ones other users find to be the best in terms of ease of use, support, accuracy of attendance statuses, speed of processing, etc.

Our webinars can reach 1,000 attendees so if anyone has recommendations/feedback, we'd appreciate it.

Alison - some of the issues we had was that the url was not populating correctly in the email (through a token), once someone registered.  And when we got this corrected, no passcode was ever required for the person to get into the meeting room, and it also opened up the meeting room without a host being in the room.

Karen B - could you elaborate on how you use Adobe with Marketo and why you think it doesn't integrate with Marketo very well?  I'd be interested to know if you have the same issues we do.  What version of Adobe are you working with?  Thanks!

For any WebEx and GTW users -

What are the archived recordings like in terms of quality? 

What is required for Marketo to register contacts into both systems?  Example - we currently assign login credentials and a standard password so users cannot enter as guests.  It would be great if users could access the webinar with name and email only.

At our company we use WebEx internally (We don't have a Voip integration). However this does not meet our criteria for external webinars (e.g. ammount of attendees). So we at marketing use GoToWebinar with Marketo. And we never ever had any issue with GoToWebinar.

For Adobe, Marketo engineers are working with Adobe for a fix.  Just heard that this morning.

We use WebEx and we have not experenced any problems. It was also the first one Marketo created an adapter for.

We use Adobe Connect 9.1 (seminars) and recently ran into some issues with the connector between Adobe and Marketo.  It was working fine up until Adobe released their update.  Has anyone else run into similar issues?  Thanks for the feedback - please keep it coming :).

I love and swear by GTW. I think the intergration is very good. And their platform is user friendly.

I just completed our GoToWebinar adapter and in the test phase, it communicated with Marketo very quickly and accurately. I think there could be some optimization to the process to provide further data about the invitees and attendees, but it functioned how I hoped and was very quick. The organization of smart campaigns and assets was rather lengthly because of the detail, but I assume that would be necessitated by any webinar adapter. Overall very satisfied with the test and cannot wait to launch with our next live webinar!

We LOVE Adobe, but it does not necessarily integrate with marketo that well.  Would love to hear what others say, along with how well that provider's archived recording looks.
