Best Practices Ensuring Leads Deleted from SFDC are Deleted from Marketo
What are best practices for ensuring that if a lead is deleted from SFDC it is also deleted from Marketo? I'm interested in both the scenario when an individual manually deletes a lead from SFDC and also when it takes place through some kind of automated process. Thanks in advance for any insight!

The best thing to do is set up a trigger campaign where the logic says "IF lead is deleted in SF, delete lead in Marketo. As soon as a record is deleted in SF, Marketo will follow suit.
