We've been working for a while to get our Best Bets, My Web Activity, Anonymous Web Activity and My email to display correctly in our Dynamics 365 CRM instance. Unfortunately, even escalating to higher levels of engineering within Marketo we still can't get this to work correctly. We've installed and re-installed the MSI solution and did everything with the MSI/Adobe documentation but it's still not working.
My concern is there's some obscure MS Dynamics setting/permission that isn't necessarily in the documentation but we don't have correct that's preventing Marketo from populating these entities in Dynamics.
Has anyone seen this issue before? If you currently have this working correctly in MS Dynamics were there any problems with Best Bets and other entities/views?
