I am sending out a batch email. In my database, I have a field called "Customer Group." There are several types of customers designated by a single alphabetic character. Up until now, I only send emails to 1 customer group. I now want to send a communication to multiple groups. I have Customer Group set up as a filter in my SmartList. If I set it to just 1 Customer Group, everything works fine, but if I add multiple groups (multiple letters in this case) it tells me that there are no recipients when I go to Flow.
Question: How do I specify multiple customer groups in my Customer Group filter? I have tried simple delineators but none seem to work.
