B2B Blog Subscription Offer Emails

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for ways to increase the subscribers for my company's blog (B2B), and looking into new ways to optimize the nurturing emails we send out with an offer to subscribe. They go out to different groups of leads (trade show, web generated, etc) as pieces of different nurture tracks. 

Anyone have any best practices or suggestions that have worked for you? I'm open to ideas for content, design, calls to action, etc. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

There are a lot of discussions on automatically adding new blog articles to emails, to which leads can subscribe to. This is not possible. You would have to create a new email for every new blog post (or a weekly email with all new blog posts). Next you would need to add it to your engagement program that holds all the subscribers. Make sure to put it on top, and remove the old email.
