Hello,
I am working to recommend entry-level professional audio recording equipment for my department to improve our audio quality in webinars and short video tutorials. I've done quite a bit of research but am wondering if anyone has recommendations from personal experience for the last two items I need to recommend. Any thoughts out there, Community?
- Acoustic treatment: The room is already sound-proofed, so we are really just looking for the best solution for acoustics within the room.
- Audio recording software for a Mac: We do not need anything too powerful, just something to allow for basic recording, editing and exporting.
Thank you!
For our training videos, we use the Blue Microphones Snowball. Blue Microphones | Snowball - The World's First Professional USB Mic
And our Mac users use Camtasia. Camtasia 2 on the Mac App Store
The microphone is really great high quality and Camtasia is really good for letting you edit on the fly as needed.
Thanks, Mike. We have already placed an order for equipment, and I will let this group know how those items work out!
