Are Marketo's own social sharing tools broken?

I often promote how "Marketo uses Marketo" as best practices to my team.  Today, I wanted to show them how a social sharing widget is used to encourage users to socialize content after it's been downloaded.  I've seen this before - where a mini-window appears after closing the window containing the PDF, which contains a "share this resource" message, along with clickable icons of the top social networks.  Lately though, all I see is this (note the absence of the icons).  Are others experiencing this issue?  What concerns me is if this issue extends to those of us that use Marketo's social sharing suite of tools.  I'm using Firefox/Windows 7.

Likely due to lag of Marketo functionality in latest release of Firefox in this case...Seems Firefox is comming out with new releases every week...I am thinking of swithching to Chrome...

I hear ya.  But I haven't even dowloaded the latest release. I've seen this issue for months now.

Hi Dan!

I'm the Sr. Web Developer here on the Marketing team.  We're unable to reproduce this on all browsers.... We've tested Windows, Mac, and Linux on IE8-9, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.  Can you try disabling all your add-ons, restarting Firefox and trying again?  It could be an over-aggressive add-on causing problems.

I just came across this issue again today.  Windows 8 / IE10.

Nathan, in your last response, you indicated testing this in multiple browsers - but you didn't include IE10.  Is this feature not supported in IE10?

Hi Dan!  I hope your winter vacation was great (and hopefully existant!!).

I don't remember if I included IE10, so I just tested it on IE10 and IE11 with no problems.  If you're still experiencing issues, we could hop on Skype and screenshare (search "nathanbrauer").
