Appearance in test send email different than preview

Two issues are currently being gremlins in the system.

1) i have a list of content that has been bullet-pointed.  They appear perfectly in the Preview but when sending the email, there are no bullet points at all.

2) I am using a templace called 'Droplets'.  in the bottom section, there are 3 columns, with an image and text.  They appear perfectly in the preview but when sending the 2nd column appears below the first, but in the middle column, and the 3rd column appears below both the 1st and 2nd, but in the 3rd column.  It's almost like something is pushing the content down in each column another step.

Help!!!

The other thing it could be is if you did the formation in another application and then brought it into Marketo. Or did you use the formatting tool in Desing Studio?

I think the bullets are not working because you start each line with a hyperlink...in my Outlook all three colums are working and tested across the bottom... 😉

You don't see the dropped column on the bottom section?  There are 3 columns/images.  In my browser, the 2nd and 3rd are below the 1st.

The bullets should be in the left hand column under 'where in the world'

Got it. don't see the second issue on my end. Don't seeteh bullets on my end though. sShould they be showing up in the left-hand colum?

seems like some of you drama is due to an unapproved draft. Lets start there. Make sure the email is in approved state with no drafts...send it to yourself and then forward to me. Cool??

send the email to me I will look at it...but send it via a flow action and make sure all drafts of the asset are approved. You will need to add me to your Marketo database as well... 🙂

are you using one of the responsive templates from templates.marketo.com? They will stack content when the asset is viewed on a mobile device....
