Marketo Customer Support hasn't really been able to help us.  We currently seeing a small number of leads in our system jump up randomly by 100 or 1000's of points in lead score.  In the activity log - it says SOAP API is being impacted by a Web Service API.  

Anyone had similar issues with an integration into Marketo.  Ringlead, Vidyard and Salesforce are our main programs using the API

This issue is still ongoing.  It seems to be triggered intially by clicking on the iFrame hosting a form on our website. You will see a number of visits to the form page (which is used for the iFrame) and then Ringlead soon after deduplicating a lead and doubling the lead score.  Support on both Marketo and Ringlead still haven't been able to pinpoint why, or what to do.

Weird. SFDC probably isn't directly using the SOAP API, so it is probably Ringlead or Vidyard. Can you ask them to look at their logs around that particular lead? Unfortunately it isn't really possible for us to tell which partner is calling the API in that case.

Could you put up a screenshot of their activity log which shows the Change Data Value for their score?
