Could please provide more detail on the issue you are currently facing or looking to prevent?

Munchkin should still work on Parallax sites.

I'll take a stab....It wouldn't be specific to Parallax and more related to the version of jquery if there was any issues at all. In which case you would use the non-jquery version that uses the version on the site.
