By forcing us to use this claustrophobic, frustrating interface, I feel like Marketo in some small way wants to punish us users.
Entering formatted text is buggy, I can't use monospace text for code, and this text box is
just not big enough.
I have created an "Idea" with some suggested improvements, but I felt like venting again after strugging through a new post that had a bunch of XML in it.
I'd love to believe that a large number of complaints (and "likes" on
my issue) would cause them to devote some effort to improving these various Community pages. Wishful thinking.
(Still not as bad as the Support interface. Those are by far the worst.
Here's an "Idea" someone else opened for that. Do you know that their Support guys don't have to use that interface? Nope, they use a Salesforce interface or something.)
