I have created lead scoring programs with basic focus on behavior scoring and I was just wondering about the setting of a lead flows through campaign only once or everytime? Thinking on that part if a lead qualifies and pushed to SFDC and then we might loose the lead due to any reason. Then I think it would affect lead scoring and the lead will again come back to marketing funnel and might be chances that lead again qualify for the campaign.
So what will be the best practice for the same on having qualification settings of smart campaigns for lead scoring programs?

We use a recycle stage that resets the lead score, so we have our scoring campaigns set to every time. It is really dependent on how you want to manage lead life cycles; you could always create a lead status of "dead" and then use that as a smart campaign filter to exclude "dead" from scoring in the future.
