Adding YouTube Video to Email

Is there anyway to add a YouTube video to an email? Ultimately, I would like to add the video frame with the play button in front of a image and if the customer clicks on the video it brings you to YouTube. Is there anyway to do this or something similar, rather then just putting the click and saying "click here to view"

You can take a screenshot of the video, and include this in your email template. Then wrap this image in a link. So when the user clicks on the image, it will take them to the video.

For example:

^^Exactly^^  I also add a  "play icon" on top of the video thumbnail so the user knows its a video.
