Adding Incorrect Program Members

I am setting up a nurture program that has landing pages with forms that live within the program. I Tested one of the landing page forms and I got added as a member of the program with status email delivered. I don't have any campaigns turned on. When I look at this lead's activity log there is no campaign changing the program status.

Why is this happening and how can I prevent it?

Hi Melissa,
If you have a landing page with a form on it as a local asset to a program, a lead will automatically be put in the first progression status in the program when they fill out that form. 

Ways around it:
1. Move the landing page outside of the program
2. Make a new progression status in that channel as the first step. Perhaps "Filled out local Form". Then, make sure no campaigns react when this status is reached.
3. Create a Smart Campaign that has the "Fills out Form" trigger. In the flow, have a wait step of 5 minutes (to make sure they get moved in the program first) and then have the flow step "Change Program Status" and the enw status as "Not in Program".
This will automatically remove them once they fill out the form.
