So I tried to connect the Facebook Custom Audience with Marketo following this doc.
I am already an admin in our company's Facebook Business Manager account, however, when I clicked on Authorize on Marketo side, which leads me to a new tab with FB url, I saw this error below in Facebook.
I understand the error, and I found an old post here. I followed the steps it was mentioned in that post but I still get the same error. One thing that interests me is when I checked the URL, there is this "client_id" parameter in the URL that I'm not sure where it leads to since in our Facebook Business Manager account, I do not see that ID anywhere.
Has anyone encountered the same issue? If so, would you happen to know how to fix this issue, what client is in URL, is it the App in the Facebook Business Manager account? I have checked as well on the Facebook developer forum here, but looks like no one seems to have the right solution
