I am trying to do A/B testing on an engagement program. We have a follow up email that should be linked to our intial email if the link in the email is clicked, however we are not recieving the follow up email. It seems as though it has been set up properly in the flow of the smart campaign but not working properly. Has anyone had issue receiving a followup email from an email that is a/b tested?
Are you only mentioning only the original email in the trigger for clicked link in email? Even though the test sits under the original email, for a whole email test, the test email is considered a different email.
