A/B/C Subject Line Test - Which subject line sends if there are no opens

Hi everyone,

I recently scheduled an A/B/C subject line test. The winner was declared based on email opens. If there are 0 email opens which subject line is declared the winner and sent to the rest of the population?

I believe it's the default, or first one (A).
