What type of market do you address with this event? I am asking the question because the GTM teams have developed template (Fashion, Furniture and Auto) and it should be great to use one of these.
The Auto et Furniture programs are already available on demand, and the Fashion one will be in Marketo early next week.

Yes you can choose the imageyou want
But be careful here, it seems there is a grey background not to all image background!
If you are doing a modification, you can replace the one you already uploaded.
And please make sure it is the right naming for the image!
