Dstillery is looking for a Marketing Communications (MarComm) Director to join the Marketing team at its HQ in NYC.

We are looking for a sharp, curious and creative thinker and doer to join the marketing team and help tell our story. Responsibilities:
Oversee communications across web, mobile, email and social to effectively represent the company's offerings, innovation, thought leadership and culture
Collaborate with internal partners to plan content calendar for byline articles, blog posts, email blasts and newsletters to support business priorities
Write, edit and manage stories for company-wide blog and social media platforms
Oversee award proposals
Manage the press release process, working directly with external PR team to write press releases that conform to company brand guidelines
Plan, execute and maintain Dstillery web presence, including our site, the HR wiki, house ad campaigns and listings across the web to ensure brand continuity
Create content as required for specific proposals, brochures, advertising campaigns, etc.
Regularly report on site and campaign performance and provide insights into strategies or program optimizations needed
Ongoing maintenance of marketing resources, marketing databases, etc.
Requirements:
BA/ BS degree required.
7+ years professional experience.
4+ years experience with digital advertising and/or advertising technology in a B2B environment.
Outstanding communicator with a proven ability to simply articulate complex concepts and craft compelling positioning and thought leadership content.
Flexibility with proven success in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Quick learner, able to grasp technical concepts, over-deliver in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
