Hi,
I'm looking for a Demand Generation Manager contractor from about April to September. This position will be based in Palo Alto, CA. Below are the details:
Responsibilities:
- Support and execute multi-channel demand generation programs (i.e. events, digital campaigns, email nurture campaigns) that is compelling to the targeted Fortune 500 leads
- Create and enhance persona-based email nurture campaigns
- Partner with sales and product marketing to develop and execute account-based marketing programs that generates leads for sales pipeline
- Program manage outside vendors that contribute to demand creation programs including designers, copywriters, email providers and list agencies
- Ensure inbound traffic can be converted into known leads through a consistent process
- Develop and create emails and landing pages with Marketo
- Collaborate and provide actionable feedback to improve and refine demand gen programs through testing, refinement and best practices
- Analyze and present which programs are outperforming and which programs to revamp
- Manage sales development representative team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years of B2B program management experience in high-tech
- Strong program / project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion
- Proven hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, web analytics and reporting
- Collaborator and team player who can work with a diverse group with strong leadership and cross-functional project leadership skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
