The Opportunity:

Your role in our organization:

You will lead our marketing organization and execute against the team’s key objectives which include generating qualified pipeline, influencing opportunities in the pipeline, increasing brand awareness and perception, and enhancing client satisfaction and retention.  You will manage, coach, and develop a team that is organized around four key pillars: Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content & Creative Marketing, and Corporate Marketing.


Demand Generation:

  • Owns end-to-end demand generation planning and execution, including planning, promotion, optimization, and reporting 
  • Priorioritizes and develops integrated campaigns, determine best channels for each product/campaign/piece of content.
  • Manages and optimizes the website and all web assets, including SEO optimization

Product Marketing:

  • Owns product platform messaging and value articulation
  • Develops clear positioning and messaging for all products and product packages
  • Creates and manage a compelling set of sales tools including pitch decks, product brochures, one pagers
  • Manages customer insights program and maintains tight alignment between marketing and product

Content & Creative Marketing:

  • Leads content development in support of integrated campaigns
  • Executes against repeatable content formula (e.g. eBook, blog posts, social media posts, customers stories, marketing emails)

Corporate Marketing:

  • Develops and maintains the corporate brand, architecture, imagery, and assets
  • Develops event and tradeshows strategy and ROI objectives; execute against tradeshow schedule
  • Partners with Client Success to align on overall overall client retention approach and execute against client retention strategies
  • Sets public relations strategy and maintain overall brand and company perception in the marketplace



Skills and Experience You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles of progressing scope and responsibility
  • Experience within technology or B2B software (highly preferred)
  • Outstanding leadership skills - leads teams to deliver on ambitious business goals, inspires their best work, mentors and develops their careers and holds their team accountable
  • High-level thinker (strategic, creative, and analytical) who can also roll up their sleeves and get it done
  • Experience owning a Marketing Qualified Lead and Marketing Originated Bookings number
  • Highly accountable, with an unquestioned track record of delivering business results.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing against integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong product marketing chops with the ability to succinctly craft the product platform story and corresponding value drivers
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication with a special knack for telling stories in a clear, intriguing and effective way
