We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Analyst in our Minnetonka, MN office. The Strategic Marketing Analyst serves as the Marketo Administrator, including strategy development, management of system functionality and implementation of new features within Marketo to continuously enhance the sales and marketing process. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards across marketing technologies
  • Manage database including segmentation and data integrity and segmenting
  • Enable global day-to-day execution of marketing activities and campaigns across multiple channels and across multiple institutions via the marketing automation solution
  • Operational and marketing program infrastructure and architecture.
  • Perform system configuration and administration functions
  • Build and distribute repeatable reports and performance metrics/insights on marketing campaigns
  • Documents data marketing strategies at both the high level and campaign-specific level in analytic plans, data strategy briefs and in strategy sections of the job launch brief
  • Create and manage dashboards and business performance reports for the marketing funnel and KPIs marketing performance, impact, and trends.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Extensive, hands-on Marketo experience
  • Marketo Certification STRONGLY preferred
  • Experience with or Dynamics as primary CRM
  • Experience with Analytical tools such as
  • Google Analytics
