- Uses content to build qualified traffic, links, and social engagement through our website and blog
- Performs in-depth research to ensure content aligns with relevant keyword demand and audience
- Develops content across a variety of medium including written, visual, audio, and video
- Oversees and coordinates the creation of content from third-parties
- Optimizes content for search engines using on-site best practices and techniques
- Publishes and distributes content through various channels including blog, email, and social media
- Promotes content through ongoing outreach with influencers, bloggers, and journalists
- Measures the impact of content across KPIs including traffic, leads, sales, and email engagement
- Manages content marketing budget to meet or exceed forecast goals
- Writes email copy to promote and distribute content to relevant lead and customer audiences
- Develops and maintains the marketing team’s monthly editorial calendar
- Maintains a consistent voice across all content produced and adheres to design and brand guidelines
- Collaborates with the marketing team to support email marketing and other key initiatives
- Edits and provides feedback for content created by marketing team members
- Drives engagement across key social channels including Facebook and Twitter
- Balances multiple on-going projects and shifts priorities as needed

Qualifications in order to be successful..
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, or related experience
- Minimum of 3 years marketing experience with an emphasis on Internet marketing
- Exceptional writing, copyediting and proofreading skills
- In-depth understanding of SEO and inbound marketing best practices
- Proven ability to define and execute on assigned goals and objectives
- Creative but can also be process-driven and rely on data to help make decisions
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Web savvy, comfortable with online research, strong familiarity with social platforms
- Ability to follow stylistic writing guidelines
- Ability to accept and learn from constructive criticism
- Eager to learn, develop skill-set, and stay on top of industry trends
- Comfortable with change
- Well-versed with management of content through WordPress
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platform
- Comfortable with Photoshop or similar software to create/edit basic visuals
