We’re seeking a bright and eager Senior Marketing Automation Specialist with a background in marketing automation, preferably Marketo. As a key member of the close-knit Marketing Technology team, it will be up to you to ensure successful execution, measurement and optimisation of projects, weigh in on marketing strategy, and provide exceptional customer service to your client.
Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-day project management for a range of exciting brands, including communications with the client, other M&a divisions, contractors and within the Marketing Technology division
• Planning, documenting and configuration of marketing initiatives in Marketo
• Set-up and execution of email campaigns and complex email nurture programs
• Deliver weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting for various client stakeholders
• Perform quality assurance on your deliverables and those within the team
About You
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously
• Superb organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving ability
• Exceedingly fast learner with strong technical aptitude
• A flexible work style paired with a can-do attitude
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to read and tweak basic code
• Experience using Microsoft Excel
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 3-5 years prior work experience
Desired Skills and Experience
• Marketo Certified Expert
• Agency experience an advantage
• Hands-on experience using a marketing technology platforms
