Position Overview: This position is accountable for programming our marketing automation system for demand generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and automated communications programs. This person will collaborate with key stakeholders to design and execute automated marketing programs and is responsible for the setup, deployment, and management of email marketing efforts in support of customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Create emails, landing pages, forms, nurturing programs and reports in the marketing automation tool, Marketo.
Perform A/B testing on email campaigns and programs.
List acquisition and import.
Manage the programs and timelines, providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders and team members.
Track ongoing metrics and make recommendations based on data.
Document marketing automation processes and procedures.
Work in conjunction with Salesforce.com database administrator to oversee database maintenance, managing data uploads and ensuring data cleanliness and integrity.
Collaborate with Marketing Communications team on appropriate content delivery based on pipeline stage.
Collaborate with Marketing Communications team and Inside Sales Team to delivery marketing qualified leads to sales for conversion.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
Marketing, Digital Marketing, Lead Acquisition, Demand Generation, Inbound
2 – 4 years experience
Marketing automation (specifically using Marketo), Excel, Salesforce.com
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent business acumen, judgment and interpersonal skills
Thrive in a fast paced environment, ability to juggle multiple projects
Beneficial Qualifications:
Healthcare experience
Experience with HTML
Marketo Certified Expert
Database experience including knowledge of Access
