Role & Responsibilities:

Nanigans has an immediate need for a Marketing Operations & Analytics Lead to join its growing and industry-leading marketing team. The company’s marketing and sales leadership is looking for a high performing and collaborative marketing team member with the strategic mindset to lead this critical function with enthusiasm and excellence. 

The ideal candidate has deep experience implementing and leveraging marketing technology systems, owning the setup and delivery of new marketing campaigns, and the analytical mindset to evaluate the marketing programs and channels generating the greatest return. From measuring the marketing funnel and projecting the return of new programs to implementing new marketing technologies and routing the delivery of new marketing campaigns, you will play a critical role in Nanigans’ next phases of growth

What you will be doing:

Marketing Analytics & Measurement

  • Develop actionable marketing analytics that are aligned with marketing, sales and overall business goals
  • Analyze marketing ROI and SaaS metrics to inform future marketing strategies and investments
  • Evolve attribution alongside marketing program expansion to measure the impact of marketing on the sales funnel
  • Maintain and provide accurate, on-demand reporting of marketing funnel and program measurement for upper management

Marketing Technology & Database Operations

  • Own the infrastructure, systems and processes for improved efficiency and scalability of marketing programs and resources, such as CRM and marketing automation software
  • Optimize current marketing and database integrations and implement new ones to enable more seamless and automated reporting
  • Support the setup and delivery of marketing and sales programs, such as lists for email marketing, prospecting, and automated workflows for lead nurturing campaigns

What makes you perfect for this role:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience managing and implementing marketing systems
  • Highly proficient with CRM systems; deep Salesforce and marketing automation software expertise required
  • BA in marketing, technology operations or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Collaborative yet comfortable working independently with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills

  • Experience at a rapidly growing startup or B2B software and/or SaaS company
  • Eager to learn and contribute when performance gains/efficiencies can be found
