Job Description: Marketing - Customer Onboarding Specialist
Minimum Required Skills
Marketo experience a must. Also, must be familiar with Marketo technically. Onboarding Automation, HTML/CSS/JavaScript (Knowledge - huge plus), Analytical Skills / Data-driven thinking. Strong communication skills a must. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Work closely with security, engineering, business operations, and sales
- Connect Marketo up to Predix.io, ID proofing tool, and billing ecosystem
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with Product team to optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as necessary
- Evaluate emerging technologies
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Marketo Experience
- Demand Generation Campaign experience
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript (Knowledge - huge plus)
- Analytical Skills / Data-driven thinking
- Ability to build segments with data
- ID Data Web, Zuora or similar systems experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
