Are you a digitally savvy marketer? Do you enjoy problem solving? Have you got a desire to automate and streamline processes? Or have you just got the get-up and go to learn?
We're looking for a cool Marketing Automation Manager to join our London-based team (Though most of the time we're either working remotely or in client offices!) to deliver a range of marketing projects - predominantly marketing automation projects.
You'll be working directly with our clients on customer-facing projects, be involved in the strategy development processes where required and depending on your experience, we'll teach you marketing automation "best practice" and train you to reach certified standards.
The role is primarily home-based with remote access to manage our client projects, but there will also be travel required within Europe.
What do we need from you?
Ideally, experience with tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, SFDC Marketing Cloud, Hubspot... or any other marketing automation platform.
Exposure to CRM technologies including, but not limited to: SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite etc. Experience multitasking; working across many projects at once, and often under time-sensitive deadlines. Capability to take a client's brief and effectively scope and deliver results. Ability to manage a project on an end-to-end basis, and keeping our project management tool updated. Last but certainly not least - keeping our clients happy
What do you get from us?
Competitive base salary (based on experience). Last minute changes to project scopes or time/location (sorry about that!). Control of your own schedule (so long as tasks are completed on time). The opportunity to travel within the UK and Europe (or the world, who knows?) to meet clients
What does our ideal candidate look like?
A proactive thinker with a 'can do' attitude. Understands the basics of technology. Excellent interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication. High attention to detail. Organisational skills and ability to multitask. Willingness to travel from Tadworth to Timbuktu when necessary for client projects. High levels of motivation, confidence, resilience and a positive attitude. Energetic team player.
What does our company culture look like?
It sounds cliche but we're really not into that stuffy suit & tie dress code or interested in entertaining office politics. We work as a team instead of 'tiers', so everyone mucks in to get the job done and we all benefit in the long run. Some days can be relaxed and steady whilst others can be somewhat manic; but we think that's down to being an agency and ensuring our clients' needs are put first.
Our team members have varied interests such as music, television, film (oh, and marketing automation of course!) but our common interest is definitely food. Sugar fixes are a welcomed break in any afternoon. Fundamentally, we like to exceed expectations, take a no bullsh!t approach towards anything we do, keep our clients happy and respect our colleagues. The team is small, and the company is young - but fortunately as it grows, we get to grow with it.
