CoCreativ is looking for a detail-obsessed marketing and sales operations manager to cover for a maternity leave starting May 1, 2019 (estimated duration five months) in Manhattan, NY.
This person will bring with them a passion for operations, processes, and analysis. They will play a critical role in the success of our marketing and sales strategy and execution. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing for all of our brands (globaledit, Industrial Color & Smashbox Studios).
Responsibilities
- Reporting and analysis: Executive reports, Campaign reports, Funnel reports, Sales reports
- Own Marketo & Salesforce: Data management, Automation programming, Workflows, Operational processes
- Support brand marketers by creating landing pages, emails & forms, programs & workflows
- Segmentation (industry, personas, job levels, stage of buyer journey)
- On-going database maintenance: Cleanse, Enrich & append, DeDupe
- Own the Marketing Tech Stack & System Integrations: Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, Google Analytics, AdRoll, Else
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a Marketing Operations role
- Deep knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce (certifications preferred)
- Proficient in excel and powerpoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
