We are continuing to grow and are looking to hire a Marketing and Sales Operations Manager to work out of our San Francisco Office.
This role will be responsible for utilizing various marketing technologies to align operations, processes and data structure across Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales. We are looking for a technically savvy and data-driven individual to own both the marketing infrastructure and metrics and reporting to measure overall business impact.
Responsibilities:
Own and optimize Datameer's Marketo Instance through program creation and maintenance, workflows, and database management
Provide reporting on campaign performance and engagement through Marketo, Salesforce, and Engagio
Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis, data cleaning and augmentation, account management, and lead processes between Marketo and Salesforce.com
Oversee the end-to-end process for lifecycle campaigns including target identification, campaign builds, documentation, and post-campaign reporting
Work in collaboration with Demand Generation to optimize and improve outbound campaign strategy; Assist in developing outbound campaigns for the Sales Development organization
Automate and monitor various workflows in both Marketo and Salesforce. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps in current processes and systems, and optimize workflows for marketing and sales productivity
Partner with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities to simplify the sales process through optimization and automation.
Ensure system tools accurately represent sales and marketing information and are effectively utilized
Re-evaluate and optimize lead scoring, assignment rules, lifecycle funnel, etc.
Requirements:
Expert Marketo user with a Marketo certification preferred
3+ years of heavy experience with Marketo including program management, email marketing, operational workflows, database management, API connections, CRM integration management
2+ years of heavy experience with SFDC including reporting, workflows, assignment rules, field dependencies
Proficiency with HTML and CSS as it relates to email and landing page creation as well as other Marketo specific HTML coding best practices
Managed database hygiene for a database of over 200k names before
Strong analytical skills and a passion for creating stories with data
Service-oriented attitude toward external and internal audiences
