Access Intelligence, LLC, a leading publisher of business-to-business media, has an immediate opening for a smart and driven Marketing Coordinator to join its Events team. The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Events marketing team with various aspects of tradeshow marketing including attendee and exhibitor marketing, registration, marketing effort coordination and onsite responsibilities. Responsibilities: Internet marketing, including web sites, email campaigns, SEO, SEM and banner advertising; media relations, including negotiation and fulfillment of barter agreements and upkeep of relationship with key media partners; copywriting; project management; and social media marketing.
Requirements: B.S. or B.A. in marketing/business or related degree. 2 years of tradeshow marketing experience or work-related experience. Functional knowledge of tradeshows and conferences. Strong organizational, time management and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of positively representing company and brand to outside contacts and clients. Team player, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Capable of managing multiple projects with input from multiple sources, ability to think strategically and creatively. Proficiency in Excel, experience in html and database management software preferred.
This position will be located either in Houston, TX or Rockville, MD
