Marketing Automation Specialist

Working as part of the KOJO national team, this exciting newly created role will see you support our Digital Marketing Specialist with the setup, build and maintenance of highly personalised and dynamic cross-channel campaigns and programs using the Marketo platform.

You will be tasked to work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and turn them into technical briefs that can be used to build campaigns and programs.

We're looking for someone who has experience across marketing technology applications, primarily in executing cross-channel campaigns. Experience with the Marketo platform is a must.

The marketing technology and services offering at KOJO is growing and will provide you with the opportunity to work across a diverse selection of clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creation and management of EDM templates and automation processes
  • Creation of marketing journeys and triggers
  • Data Management
  • Campaign analytics reporting
  • Compliance and privacy requirements
  • Coordinate and implement changes to existing campaigns and programs
  • Develop and maintain documentation around campaign processes, briefing, technical requirements and execution
  • Proactively monitor and manage client campaigns
  • Proven detailed analytics & insights
  • Stay up to date on key platform enhancements that are being worked on

Experience required:

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in a campaign production environment
  • Knowledge and application of HTML & CSS
  • Experience with scripting languages would be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with the Marketo platform
