The Marketing Automation Specialist will build and execute marketing programs across the customer lifecycle. The Marketing Automation Specialist will work with marketing program owners to plan, create, and execute campaigns to drive Marketing KPIs, including customer engagement, demand conversion and retention. In addition to writing and building emails you will also be responsible for managing email segmentation, technology implementations, and email delivery and acquisition efforts. The Marketing Automation Specialist will report to the Manager of Marketing Operations, and work closely with the Marketing Operation team, Content Team, Customer Marketing and more.
