Are you creative and analytical? Innovative and technical? Mimeo is seeking a candidate like you to assist with the day-to-day management, planning, and execution of our B2B email marketing initiatives.

As a Marketing Automation Specialist for Mimeo, you will provide feedback, guidance and judgment on new B2B project initiatives that support our lead generation and customer retention efforts in three distinct customer segments.

The ideal candidate is experienced, entrepreneurial and excited to work in a highly creative, fast-paced environment. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for researching, planning, executing, analyzing and reporting on the performance of our marketing automation activities including but not limited to marketing automation platform management, campaign execution, and campaign analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution (50%)

Coordinate and launch creative B2B marketing campaigns focused on both new customer acquisition and growth within existing customers

Build emails, forms, lists, and reports within Marketo

Work collaboratively with design, content, and data teams to produce effective campaign assets

Consistently A/B test and tweak campaigns based on results

Platform Management (30%)

Become the internal SME for Marketo (Marketing Automation Platform) and Intercom (On-site Chat)

Maintain workflows and integrations within Marketo, Salesforce and Zapier

Sustain a clean database and manage segmentation

Develop and manage an intelligent lead scoring program

Become a wizard by staying up to date on marketing automation innovation and trends

Analysis & Reporting (20%)

Establish campaign metrics with the Marketing Director for analysis

Track all campaign KPI's and distribute meaningful reporting to the invested parties

Report on A/B test results

Provide aggregate executive summary reports on a weekly basis

Qualifications & Competencies:

2-4 years of hands-on marketing automation experience

Marketo certification

Experience editing HTML/CSS

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Comfortable with technology and picks up new concepts quickly

Comfortable taking risks and testing new campaigns/strategies

Strong sense of team and collaboration across the organization

Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful

Excellent follow-through and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Curious and eager to learn

Copy writing skills

Design skills/Adobe Creative Suite
