As a Marketing Automation Specialist you will build, execute and optimise high quality marketing automation programs that deliver key business outcomes (revenue growth, customer retention, NPS) across a range of channels including email, text, push, social, direct mail and telesales. Using your analytical ability you will test, measure and iterate customer campaigns to continually improve the customer experience and business outcomes.
