In a nut shell, this is what you'll own:

  • Design and execute high-return multi-touch campaigns for demand generation, including email campaigns, webcasts, micro-sites, lead nurturing and outbound initiatives
  • Assist in planning and delivering launch campaigns for product updates and releases
  • Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of materials and effective communication to internal stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration with Sales, Product Owners, Web, Marketing and Creative teams in planning, design and delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Track and report on the success of initiatives and communicate those results to internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the marketing automation infrastructure and championing best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve marketing effectiveness, including audience segmentation, program and process optimization, reporting and analytics.
  • Direct and coordinate marketing automation activities related to the development and implementation of new concepts and technologies, delivering solutions on-time.
  • Provide operational support to internal stakeholders to ensure proper execution of marketing programs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology.
  • Report monthly project updates against identified project KPI and cost metrics to the resource planning management team.
  • Look for opportunities to continuously improve reporting, tools, and process.
  • Analyze the performance of multiple channels, create reports and dashboards, and use performance data to drive recommendations for changing channel priorities and testing tactics.

What You Will Bring:

  • 3 years of marketing or communications experience in a B2B environment
  • Prior experience managing B2B lead generation from execution through planning, through to implementation, measurement and analysis
  • Ability to succeed and meet deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Proven self-starter with results-driven personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong skills with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with Salesforce.com required
  • Experience with Marketo required
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate platform enhancements and data to concrete business recommendations that drive revenue generating programs.
  • Experience creating process documentation and training materials to support campaign development and testing via marketing automation platform.
  • Project Management experience (gathering requirements, building solutions, driving consensus)
  • Data-driven with knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo
  • Ability to create reports and provide insight and recommendations that promote action and decision making
  • Familiarity using Salesforce.com to track marketing effectiveness
  • Marketo Certified Expert highly desired
  • Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ability to understand jQuery required; ability to write it a plus.
