About The RoleThe Marketing Automation Associate will work with marketing, operations and sales leadership to:
- identify and establish best practices for data protocols and hygiene throughout the customer lifecycle
- research, create, and segment prospect lists
- maintain the marketing database and coordinate data with the sales database
- design and build desktop, web, and mobile-friendly email templates and landing pages that optimize campaign performance
- build automated marketing campaigns/programs and assets
- tailor campaigns to increase engagement and capture interest from prospects and clients
- execute built campaigns and assist with campaign metrics reporting
- perform website updates and maintenance as needed
- track and optimize website performance
- track and optimize social media performance
Ideal experience requirements:
- 1-3 years marketing experience within B2B/B2G/B2E environments;
- Demonstrated success designing, creating, and testing HTML emails and landing pages in an automated marketing platform such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot or HubSpot
- Experience analyzing data in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in measuring and tracking campaigns
- Experience maintaining data sets
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with or understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
- Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related discipline;
- Adept at handling multiple assignments with tight deadlines, and diligent about delivering against deadlines;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage parallel projects
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
