We are seeking a Marketing Automation Coordinator in our Minnetonka, MN office.

The Marketing Automation Coordinator will be support day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns. This role will be also be a power user of marketing automation, as well as provide Marketo system support. This person should have strong analytical skills and possess strong digital marketing and demand generation skills using a variety of technologies and platforms.

What You’ll Do:

Support creation, execution and optimization of demand generation campaigns and support cross-functional teams with campaign execution, including Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Corporate Communications.

Provide day-to-day system maintenance, support and assist with the configuration of Marketo

  • Be a key contact for issues related to Marketo support
  • Proactively suggest marketing automation processes to fill Demand Gen gaps
  • In collaboration with the Marketing team, execute a multi-segment email marketing strategy designed to acquire, qualify and convert.
  • Create campaigns for marketing programs in Salesforce.com and Marketo
  • Use knowledge of segments, personas and target accounts to ensure that proper messages delivered to the right person at the right account at the right time.
  • Run reports and share results on all key email marketing metrics including delivery, opens, clicks, conversion, opt in / out.
  • Coordinate various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
  • Learn, baseline and implement best practices; ensuring CAN-SPAM compliancy, optimized for mobile devices, timing and frequency, segmentation and personalization strategy, and craft great email copy.
  • Project manage campaign execution in coordination with marketing team and other key stakeholders
  • Develop and manage the calendar of marketing emails, event invitations, and newsletters.
  • Develop a library of all communication materials
  • Ensure that deadlines are met for each project at each stage of production. Work with each person involved to uphold the communication goals.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure data quality and integrity between SFDC and Marketo is maintained
  • Work with the content and design teams to create content, PPC and integrated landing pages in Marketo or LeadPages.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience with Marketo
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of the web and web technology (HTML, basic CSS) and the ability to expand current technical skillset
  • Experience working within or working closely with Information Systems and/or Marketing business groups
  • Technically savvy, comfortable working within software applications
  • Demonstrate good communication with a non-technical audience
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies and industry best practices
